June 14, 2017: Spotted Sandpiper

Spotted Sandpipers can be found along the lakes shores and wet areas.  I have found 1 nest in the past, so I'm sure that they probably still nest in the Park.  When they take flight, note the stiff wing beats. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 5/21/17)
