House Wrens nest at the Park and at this time of year, many family units may be encountered.  This bird was found along the east side of Jensen Pond. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 9/15/20)

Sep 13, 2020: Playing Otters

The two Northern River Otters found at the pools of Pond G were probably the two youngsters observed the last two months.  They appear to be on their own.  They hunted and frolicked in one of the pools and then headed off to Pond E. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 8/29/20)
