When I arrived at the Park a swarm of at least 150 Tree
Swallows circled over the middle wetland complex and the south lake. They
eventually settled, although only momentarily, at the SW corner of Pond M
(south wetland complex) in the cattails, reeds, and grasses. The
photograph only shows a very small percentage of the total. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 4/12/19)
