Dec 27, 2019: Northern Shrike

As of Dec. 16th, a Northern Shrike had been seen almost every morning (14 of the previous 19) along the south side of the south lake, between the Stone Brooke spur and the SW corner of the west bay.  Excellent habitat was created when the City mowed down most of the voluntary trees along this stretch.
