Sep 2, 2012: Ruby-throated Hummingbird


 Ruby-throated Hummingbird, 9/1/12 (Wolf Oesterreich)

This juvenile Ruby-throated Hummingbird was found in the bluff woods. Note the shortness to the bill length and the overall whiteness underneath.
