Orange Bluets (1.1-1.5 inches) can be found in the same areas as the more common Familiar Bluet. Immature female Eastern Forktails can be mistaken for an Orange Bluet, but they lack the orange on the 9th abdominal segment and the thick black shoulder stripe (humeral). 7/27/13 (Wolf. Oesterreich)
