Oct 16, 2017: Franklin's Gulls

I have been asked by several people what the white birds circling above are.  First I ask them size; if large, then probably American White Pelicans; but if small, then probably Franklin's Gulls (as in the photo above).  Hundreds have been migrating southward. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 10/6/17)
