Aug 22, 2019: Culver's Root

At the Park, Culver's root can be found in moist prairies and can reach 3 to 7 feet in height.  The lance-shaped leaves are in whorls (3-7 leaves per whorl) on the stems. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 7/30/19)
