May 25, 2022: Catch of the Day

A Great Blue Heron was found on Weir H/J.  Suddenly, the heron crouched and grabbed a fish that was attempting to go over the weir.  Though the carp was large, the heron had no problem swallowing the fish headfirst. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 5/12/22)
