June 15, 2020: Northern Flicker

This male Northern Flicker (yellow-shafted race) is feeding 2 of 3 offspring.  The cavity is located in a snag between Pool F and Pond P.  Females do not have the black malar mark. (Wolf. Oesterreich,6/1/20)
