April 18, 2018: Kinglets

Check out those small greenish birds that seemingly never stop to rest in your shrubs and trees.  Two species of kinglets are now passing through.  The Golden-crowned Kinglet (left) is the more colorful and not as abundant as the Ruby-crowned Kinglet (at right).  The "ruby" is only visible when the bird is agitated.
