July 3, 2019: Gray Copper



Gray Coppers (Lycaena dione) prefer moist prairies and meadows, drainage ditches, and pond and stream edges.  This male was found in the prairie area in the middle of the main parking lot. (Wolf. Oesterreic, 6/27/19)
