Oct 29, 2021: American White Pelicans

At least 61 American White Pelicans spent the night on the north lake.  They all took off shortly before 10 am on the 15th. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 10/15/21)

Oct 27, 2021: Attack of the Crow

A Barred Owl, found in the amphitheater woods, is attacked by an American Crow.  After a couple of swipes by the crow, the owl flew off. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 10/19/21)

Oct 25, 2021: Autumn Sunset

Oct 21, 2021: Tagged Monarch

On September 12th, I found a tagged Monarch (AETP 888) that was roosting in a tree in the amphitheater woods.  I added the information to the database, but to this date (10/09), have not heard anything back.  I was hoping to find out where the Monarch was tagged. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 9/12/21)
