July 6, 2017: Green Heron

One of a pair of Green Herons attempting to nest at Jensen Pond.  During early June, the eggs were still visible but soon thereafter the eggs were not observed.  I didn't detect any chicks, but they could have been hidden in the nest. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 6/5/17)
