Left: Dickcissels are usually found
along the Upland Trail, singing from the top of trees and shrubs.
However, this male was hidden in the willows at Pond J. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 6/12/17)
Right: Dickcissels have been back for some time. Males, such
as this one, can be heard and seen along the Upland Trail (and a few other
places at the Park). (Wolf. Oesterreich, 6/4/18)
