May 30, 2019: Scarlet Tanager
A two-tanager day! First I see a female Summer along
the Upland Trail and then I find this male Scarlet Tanager along the new entry
trail (SE corner of the Park). Scarlet Tanagers have black wings. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 5/20/19)

May 28, 2019: Perched
A Canada Goose perched in a snag. So far I've seen 3
families (with 6, 4, & 3 goslings) and about 8 nests that had been raided. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 5/14/19)
