Aug 30, 2017: Passing Storm

A storm passes over the Park.  Only a trace amount of precipitation fell.  This composite photo shows a NE view across the south lake (from the west bay's SW corner). (Wolf. Oesterreich, 8/28/17)

Right) A parent has fed 1 of the 4 while another asks, "What about me?"

A late nesting by a pair of Barn Swallows appears to be successful.  These 4 (1 hidden behind these 3) are almost ready to leave the nest.  The nest is located at the main shelter, between the bathroom doors. (Wolf. Oesterreich, 8/27/17)
